Cedar Knolls & Armour Villa
These are two more district neighborhoods in the Bronxville zip code that are in the City of Yonkers. Cedar Knolls includes another historic district called The Cedar Knolls Colony. The neighborhood is comprised of mostly 1920 & 1930 homes that have notable architecture, mostly Tudors and Colonials. Armour Villa is an eclectic collection of homes, some of which date to the late 19th Century. The random styles and age of the homes create its own charm.

Chester Heights

Chester Heights, in the Eastchester portion of the ZIP code, attracts buyers who want to be close to Bronxville without paying Village prices. The neighborhood includes more modest and traditional single-family homes.

Co-ops and Condominiums Make a Separate Entry Point

For buyers who want a Bronxville address without single-family pricing, the Bronxville co-op market could be a good alternative, as the cooperative buildings along and near Pondfield Road put residents within walking distance of the train and Village amenities.
